The Armdale Yacht Club (AYC) is committed to protecting the privacy and security of individuals who visit www.armdaleyachtclub.ns.ca (the “Site”). This privacy policy is effective as of May 26, 2004. If we decide to change any of the provisions of our privacy policy, we will inform you by posting a notice on the Site.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we collect about you remains accurate, timely and secure. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure and while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant its complete security. Because security is as important to us as it is to you, we will monitor and adopt, as appropriate, new technological developments designed to aid in ensuring the accuracy and security of your personal information. To date, there is no area of this web site that uses any kind of information gathering or forum fields. The only way we receive information about you is if you choose to send us an email, or fill out one of our printable forums and mail it to us..
