AYC hosts many social events including parties, BBQs, dinners and dances throughout the year, as well as things like the Dock Party, Commodore’s Picnic, Poker Run and New Year’s Eve event.  In the off-season, you can join the Darts League, play Monday night Trivia and enjoy live bands.

The Bar is open year-round and offers a lovely opportunity to relax with fellow members, get caught up and enjoy the magnificent view out over the waters of Halifax’s North West Arm.

And if you would like a bite to eat, join us in our Dining Room for a great meal, now open 7 days a week.

A full race schedule May through October including Wednesday night PHRF (for the more seasoned racers), Thursday One-Design (for Bluenoses, Roues, Solings or any class with three boats or more on the line) and Saturday sailing races in the Arm, as well as regattas and special events.

Organized cruising to various ports of call close to Halifax as well as up and down the shore, so you can join with fellow cruisers for a social weekend or longer period of time.
